AISI 440C. 440C stainless steel is capable of attaining, after heat treatment, the highest strength, hardness and wear resistance of all the stainless alloys. 440C steel is characterized by good corrosion resistance coupled with extreme high strength, hardness and wear resistance.
Rockwell hardness is HRC 57-59.
The 2607CE is a beautiful knife from Fox’s vintage range, genuine stag antler handles, with a traditional ‘skinner’ profile. Blade is 4mm thick. Not too big, not too small. Overall length is 220mm, Blade effective cutting edge is 85mm. Blade (spine) thickness is 3.6mm. A full tang blade that reduces down towards the back end- contributing to a balanced feel. Every knife handle is unique due to the deer antler construction. Comes with an excellent leather sheath. 2 Year warranty
